Shipping policy
At Recherché Skin, we are committed to your satisfaction and believe in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at hello@rechercheskin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
- At this time, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@rechercheskin.com.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or used beyond what is considered reasonable for a trial period.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is placed, based on your location and the shipping options you choose.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Recherché Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Recherché Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
